Writing in Public Day 3

I suppose I should outline what I mean by healthful eating since I’m starting a streak on it. What I mean is that I will eat most of my calories (all of my calories on most days) from unprocessed plant foods and eat at least 2 pounds of non-starchy vegetables each day. There are other details but that’s basically the gist of it. On my first full day of doing this I have a dreadful headache and stomach distress. No doubt there is some detoxing going on.

I remembered to blog yesterday and I wrote, but I didn’t update 4thewords, which I should have done since I had enough words to keep my streak there. I repaired it with two stempos, which is what they are for, but I wish I didn’t have to use them just to deal with a memory lapse. I also forgot to pick up our vegetables yesterday. I’m forgetting too much so I will have to make a job aid/checklist for myself for these daily things.

Worked on the Arctic story and the secondary novel, tentatively titled Ten Reasons the Pirates Always Win. This is an experiment in writing into the dark, which is to say writing without an outline.
