Good writing days are kind of dull to discuss, but brilliantly exciting to experience. Yesterday I wrote 5,000 words of pulse-pounding prose as I got my protagonist into terrible problems and helped her out of them again. But from the outside all it looked like was a lot of typing punctuated with eating and one long walk with Steve to wrestle with a plot problem.
Today is the big NaNoWriMo Write-In/Potluck at the Main Library (join us from 1pm to 5pm) and I expect to get a bunch more writing done there as well. I only need about 1900 words to remain on track even with my planned Monday off. I expect to easily make those words today and send off my latest short story to Dean.
Hope your projects are also going well!
