Tempeh Salad

This tasty salad is modified from No Meat Athlete’s Health Made Simple. It couldn’t be easier. I served it on homemade Galician rye bread and it made a satisfying lunch. Steve gives it two thumbs up.

Here are the ingredients. Steam the tofu, chop the ingredients and then mix it up to make the salad and dressing.
